HOUSTON - It was a night to remember.
The best of the best flocked to Stereo Live for the 2nd Annual VYPE Awards presented by Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine on Sunday night. More than 750 people made their way in for the evening of honors, hosted by ABC 13's Erik Barajas.
More than 120 awards were handed out to the best individuals, teams, coaches and new Hall of Fame inductees throughout the evening.
"We honored the best of Houston high school sports in one amazing evening," VYPE Media Chief Content Officer Matt Malatesta said. "It was an amazing night and we can not wait to do it again in 2020 even bigger and better."
