The Pieper Warriors enter the 2026 season with momentum after posting a 32-11 record a year ago and advanced to the first round of the postseason.
Under head coach Courtney Patton, the Warriors have embraced a simple but powerful mantra: "No Grit, No Pearl."
That mentality will be tested from the opening serve as Pieper looks to build on last season's success. Karrington Alarid returns as one of the team's premier outside hitters, while Emery Gingrich is expected to take on an expanded role on the outside. Defensively, Cayleigh Monson will anchor the back row, and Olivia Theis and Adesuwa Eweka give the Warriors a formidable presence at the net, with Eweka set to make a major impact in the middle.
For Pieper, the formula for success is clear: start strong, stay consistent and compete with relentless grit every time they take the floor.
"This group is willing to put in the work it'll take to be great, and they do it as great teammates." — Head Coach Courtney Patton
