STATE FINALS: The Covenant School takes on Schertz JPII for TAPPS Title

The Covenant School Lady Knights are looking to add another TAPPS State Title to their belt as they take on Schertz John Paul II in the TAPPS State Final in Round Rock. VYPE DFW takes a dive into their incredible season so far and what fans should expect Friday.

So Far

So far this season, the Lady Knights have been having an incredible season. Defeating the likes of Grapevine Faith, Dallas Christian, Frisco Legacy, Pantego, Leadership Prep, Collevyville Covenant, and more, the Lady Knights have been able to be a strong force on the field. With the ability to score quickly and often, the Lady Knights' offense has been moving swiftly against their opponents this season. With a common goal to be victorious, the Lady Knights' defense has used their ability to shut down their opposers' advances. Through playoffs, The Covenant School has saw a first round BYE before going on to defeat Brook Hill, Dallas Christian, and McKinney Christian.

TAPPS STATE FINALS

The Lady Knights are looking to add another state ring to their resume. As they go up against John Paul II. The team has shown that they know how to come into the start of the game ready to roll and fans should expect to see that in Round Rock on Friday. The team is going to play aggressively with a championship state of mind. John Paul II is a an incredible team who is going to continuously put up a fight and aim to take down The Covenant School. The Lady Knights can be expected to play hard and do whatever it takes to finish strong.

The game is set to begin at 10 am in Round Rock.
