5 New Teams move into VYPE Top 25 powered by Lone Star College
Much of the Top 10 in Class 6A stood pat this week, with the biggest shakeup coming at No. 10 as Bridgeland fell out following a loss to Ridge Point in the VYPE Thursday Night Showdown.
Several teams were off this weekend with district play on the horizon, but CE King, Deer Park and Klein still made plenty of noise.
Preseason No. 1 CE King rolled to a lopsided victory over ranked College Park, while Deer Park used a strong rushing attack to outrun Kingwood. Klein remained perfect at 3-0 after a huge win over Klein Oak.
Meanwhile, Alief Taylor, Grand Oaks and MacArthur all make their way into the Top 25.
In Class 5A, Splendora and Fort Bend Terry crack the Top 10, while West Fork and Fort Bend Marshall slide out.

North Shore is back on top of the rankings
North Shore takes top spot of VYPE Rankings powered Lone Star College
The Class 6A DI Defending State Champ North Shore Mustangs are back to No. 1 in the VYPE Rankings, knocking off John Curtis (La.) in Lake Charles, La. over the weekend.
Cypress Ranch moved to No. 2 after beating No. 1 CE King 31-28 last week. Ridge Point continued to roll with a big win over Shadow Creek, while the Katy Tigers are looking dangerous with a win over Dickinson.
Cy-Fair had a huge overtime win over College Park, who was a Top 5 team. Other teams who are trending include Tomball, Willis, Memorial, Pearland, Langham Creek and Manvel among others.
In Class 5A, Randle snuck by Class 6A Westfield, Angleton rocked Dayton and Montgomery beat Class 6A Grand Oaks. Baytown Sterling moves into the Top 10.
