Summer Creek's Tauryn Cummings hasn't hit the volleyball court this week because she is busy winning championships in Vero Beach, Florida on the softball diamond.
Cummings, who also plays softball and basketball at Summer Creek, hit a solo home run, C.E. King's Turiya Coleman (Oklahoma-commit) hit a three-run inside-the-park home run and Houston Astros RBI defeated Harrisburg 10-3 on Thursday for its second-straight RBI World Series championship.

At the time of the Cummings home run, Houston and Harrisburg were tied at 2-2.
"[The homer] completely shifted our energy and the atmosphere. We were kind of down. That hit was crazy; I couldn't believe it myself," Cummings told MLB.com.
Coleman in the fifth inning, with Houston leading 5-3, hit her inside-the-park home run down the right field line. Coleman was named the Most Valuable Player.
"We have good coaches who had us keep our heads up and told us we could win the game. We had beaten them before and were undefeated, so we came back and won," Coleman told MLB.com.
"But Tauryn's homer changed the game for us."
Summer Creek graduate Dani Moreno also pitched for the Houston team during the game as well.
