Updated rankings; peek into Regional powers powered by Kelly Malatesta of First United Mortgage
The Texas High School playoffs are just around the corner and we will break down the postseason in due time.
Houston has some interesting teams with legit visions of going to state.
In Region III, Dawson, Tompkins and Ridge Point look to be the Bayou City's best teams to run the table through the Regional Tournament.
Region II is also LOADED with Cypress Ranch, College Park, Klein and The Woodlands.
In Class 5A, Barbers Hill is our No. 1 but watch out for Fulshear -- who is trending. Lake Creek is a nice story and scrappy, but can they hold off the likes of Manvel and Friendswood in the postseason? It's going to get interesting in Class 5A.
Here are the updated rankings powered by Kelly Malatesta of First United Mortgage.
