Although there are many great players in Rapides Parish, one cannot overlook the talent from the rest of Central Louisiana.
For the third season, The Town Talk has unveiled an area version of the Super Six as a response to the Rapides Parish one.

D'ante Gallashaw, Leesville, RB, Sr.
The Wampus Cats have a full staff of running backs, and Gallashaw might top the list after rushing for 1,490 yards and eight touchdowns last season for the Class 4A semifinalists. Gallashaw shone as the year went on, tallying nine 100-yard games in his final 12 contests, including rushing for 110 against Class 4A runner-up Warren Easton.
Trelon Jones, Jena, RB, Sr.
Jones has cemented his name as one of the area's top running backs over the last two seasons and he figures to be a big part of the Giant offense once again. Jones only had 163 carries last year, but he made the most of those, rushing for 1,242 yards and 23 touchdowns for an average of 7.6 yards per carry.
