ELITE TALENT: VYPE's Top Performers From Endzone 7v7 Tournament

​2025 5-Star WR Jaime Ffrench Jr., Mandarin High School (FL)

Ffrench was the player of the tournament throughout the weekend. He's a fluid route runner with elite speed and hands. It was easy to see why he is the top wide receiver recruit in the country.

Ffrench mentioned Florida State, LSU, Ohio State, Tennessee and Miami’s as the schools to beat as of right now. He has upcoming unofficial visits coming up to Ohio State on March 3rd, Texas on April 6th and Tennessee on April 18th.

“I'm really excited to see what the atmosphere is like. I hear everything is big in Texas,” he said. “First time on campus, I’m really looking forward to it."

With Ffrench wanting to commit in August before his senior season, expect a late push by contending schools the next three months.

2026 5-Star QB Jared Curtis, Nashville Christian School (TN)

The No. 1 quarterback prospect in the country for 2026 made the trip down to the Greater Houston Area to compete in the Endzone 7v7 tournament.

Curtis was very impressive seeing him for the first time in person. He has a big-time arm, with velocity behind his throws, and also is able to push the ball down the field effortlessly.

He dropped his top six schools in December consisting of Ohio State, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida State and Texas A&M. Curtis mentioned at the tournament that he will be visiting Auburn, Texas, Notre Dame and Georgia this Spring along with some other schools he hasn't gotten a chance to check out.

2025 4-Star WR Andrew Marsh, Katy Jordan High School (TX)

One of the top wide receiver prospects in the state and in the country is Andrew Marsh, who showed out at the tournament this past weekend.

His route-running ability against some very talented DB prospects throughout the weekend was impressive. He was able to break defenders down and made tough contended catches.

He mentioned Oklahoma, Texas, USC, Michigan, Alabama, Kentucky and Texas A&M have been some of the leaders at this point in his recruitment.

Marsh has unofficial visits to Texas, Washington and Louisville lined up and also has scheduled official visits to USC June 7th-9th and Texas June 14th-16th.

2025 4-Star WR Taz Williams Jr., Red Oak High School (TX)

Taz Williams Jr. (2025 Red Oak WR) was back on the 7v7 circuit playing with True Buzz at the Endzone tournament this past weekend.

Williams dropped his Top 10 schools last week consisting of Alabama, Baylor, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, SMU, Texas and Texas A&M.

"Coach Moore and Coach Bellamy are two coaches at Michigan I've been talking to a lot lately. Being able to talk with Coach Moore before he was the head coach has made that relationship strong" he said. "Also Texas A&M Coach Elko, Coach Wiggins and Coach Klein, have been talking to a lot since they've been hired."

Williams plans to take official visits to USC, Ohio State, Michigan and Texas A&M as of now but will visit a few others once he hears back from them.

2026 DB Jermaine Bishop Jr., Willis High School (TX)

With the 'Mayor of Willis' 5-star QB Derek Lagway Jr. already enrolled to Florida, all eyes point towards the new sheriff in town - 2026 ATH Jermaine Bishop Jr.

Bishop was fantastic in coverage this past weekend coming up with some big interceptions at safety and then making some plays on the offensive side of the ball as well.

The two-way elite prospect mentioned he plans on visiting Oklahoma, USC, TCU and Texas in the next few months along with more once he figures out his schedule for this summer.

Bishop, one of the top athletes in the country, should see a boost in his ranking and offer list once camp season comes along.
