After the team failed to establish student eligibility, Nolan Catholic was accused of violating a handful of rules set forth by the TAPPS Constitution. The rules violated include:

TAPPS Constitution Article II stating that one of the main purposes of TAPPS is promoting and fostering "a spirit of fair play, good fellowship, true sportsmanship and wholesome competition for boys and girls.

TAPPS By-Laws Section 10.VIII stating that a school must "comply with the 'letter and spirit of the rules and regulations' of the TAPPS Constitution, By-Laws, Athletic, Academic, Art and Fine Art Plans"

TAPPS By-Laws Section 130.VI stating that schools must promote "the spirit of good sportsmanship and fair play in all contests"

TAPPS By-Laws Section 130.VII stating that schools must "promote among the players, schools and fans a spirit of friendly rivalry and respect for the rules"

TAPPS By-Laws Section 131.II.E which states that the athletic code for coaches includes "professional loyalty to other coaches"

TAPPS By-Laws Section 131.A which states that member schools, participant schools, and personnel must "play the game in the spirit of fairness and sportsmanship, observing all rules, both in letter and intent."

With the ruling to affirm the DEC's decision, TAPPS Executive Board has decided that former Nolan Catholic head coach David Beaudin is suspended indefinitely from coaching within TAPPS. Beaudin will be suspended from coaching with a TAPPS-affiliated school until no earlier than January 1, 2027. In order to access reinstatement, Beaudin will be required to meet with the Executive Board on his eligibility.
