Stephenville and Celina boys soccer have both posted incredible seasons that led them to punching their tickets to the state tournament. Stephenville Yellowjackets (22-2-1)

Stephenville is headed into the state semifinals after posting fantastic wins during the regional tournament. The Yellowjackets defeated the likes of Midlothian Heritage and Fort Worth Castleberry in their two regional tournament games in order to be crowned regional champions and punch their ticket to the state tournament.
The Yellowjackets have allowed only four goals against them in post season play. With a strong defense and an offense that can easily set the tone of any game, fans can expect this team to put in the work and do whatever it takes to continue strong into the state title game.

Celina ISD
Celina is headed back to the state tournament after an incredible appearance at the regional tournament. The Bobcats showed no mercy as they defeated Kilgore in the Regional Semifinals before topping Nevada Community in double overtime to punch their ticket to the state tournament.
So far in playoffs, Celina has proven that they are made to compete. The team has forced two matches into double overtime play with a defense that doesn't quit. The offense has the ability to make big scores when the team needs it most, so fans can expect to see Celina rise to the challenge on Wednesday.
▲This matchup is sure to be a physical one. Both teams are prepared to go the distance and head into the state title game. Although this state is quite familiar to Celina soccer, Stephenville has been fighting for the opportunity to prove themselves all season.
