Week 17- The Quest for a State-Title Week 7 : Southlake Carroll HS Presented by Sun and Ski Sports

With a rich history, Southlake Carroll football is known far and wide for shutting down the town on Friday nights. Eight state titles to their name (1988, ’92, ’93, ’02, ’04, ’05, ’06, ’11), the Dragons continuously set high standards for themselves. After returning to the championship game during the 2020-21 season (after nearly a decade removed) and finishing as the runner-ups, Southlake Carroll fell just short last season with a heartbreaking loss to Duncanville.

This season, the Dragons have posted a 5-0 overall record with a 2-0 district record. With a tough district matchup against Keller, Southlake Carroll is looking to extend their undefeated run this season as they inch towards another playoff appearance.
