The 2019 Texas high school football season has completed four weeks of action. Converse Judson, Schertz Clemens and San Antonio Johnson made the biggest statements in Week 4, and that reflected in this week's VYPE San Antonio UIL 6A rankings. Judson erased a 14-point deficit against Cibolo Steele and earned a 51-48 road win to take the top spot. Clemens didn't change spots, but picked up a critical 15-7 victory at Smithson Valley to bounce back from its Week 3 loss against San Antonio Reagan and heat up for its Week 5 rivalry game against Steele. Johnson also replaced NEISD rival Reagan in the area's top 10 after it upset its counterpart 38-31. Check out the full list of ranked teams and honorable mentions below!
