VYPE Coaches Corner: Bridgeland Girls Soccer Coach Katie Bourgeois

After going 18-0-2 during the regular season, and claiming their fourth-consecutive district title, the Bridgeland Bears are heading back to the playoffs!

Despite the fact that last year's District 16-6A MVP Anaiyah Robinson graduated early to begin her collegiate career in Arkansas, Bridgeland has rallied to emerge as one of Houston's most elite squads.

VYPE's Matthew Ogle caught up with head coach Katie Bourgeois as she and the Bears prepare to take on Klein Oak in the opening round of postseason next week, with the ambition of kicking off a deep playoff-run.
