In an exciting win over Grapevine volleyball on Saturday evening, the Lovejoy Leopards remained dominant in the UIL Class 5A State Title tournament. Hannah Gonzalez recorded six kills and nine blocks in a clean sweep over the Mustangs. VYPEDFW was there to catch all the action!

"Hannah is a beast," Lovejoy head coach Natalie Puckett said during the post-match press conference. "She provides so much energy... She closes blocks that other people can't." Gonzalez was just two blocks away from breaking the state record for most blocks in a match.
Lovejoy's win marks their third-consecutive title and the programs ninth-overall title.
