No. 13 -- The Woodlands Highlanders
2023: 33-10-1 (District 13-6A Champions/Region II Finalist)
TWHS was one of the most dominant teams in Texas in 2023, having advanced to the fifth round of the postseason, following yet another district championship.
Gone is the now Brayden Sharp (Tennessee) who anchored the Highlanders’ ruthless bullpen, among other major pieces, which will leave some big shoes to be filled.
However, coach Ron Eastman has a knack for optimizing young talent.
Look for all-district honorees Nolan Roycraft (Rice-commit), Kyle Hubert (Salt Lake CC), and Caleb Holifield to be some of the key figures on this year’s squad, as The Woodlands seeks another district title and more.
