The Woodlands Christian Academy football team is gearing up for the 2020 season. The VYPE Media team traveled out to the Woodlands Christian Academy earlier this year and sat down with the football team to talk about the year, the challenges they needed to overcome and goals for the season.

Reese Alston is the newest member of an elite club - a Guy V. Lewis Award Winner.

On Wednesday, the Second Baptist School junior was named the winner of the Guy V. Lewis Award, which is named after the legendary University of Houston coach.

WHO’S HOUSE: CE King wide receiver Braylon Lane staying home to play for Houston

On Tuesday, CE King (Texas) three-star wide receiver Braylon Lane announced his commitment to Houston.

Lane committed to Houston over Arizona State, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and TCU who were all in his Top 8 schools.
