No. 10 -- Tompkins Falcons
2023: 26-8-1 (District 19-6A Co-Champions/Regional Quarterfinalist)
Tompkins cruised through their district competition (14-2) before returning to the playoffs once again in 2023, where they were ultimately eliminated in round No. 3 by district rival Katy.
While a significant number of last year’s starters have since graduated, there’s no need for Falcons fans to despair, considering the program is still under the steady watch of coach Kenneth Humphreys.
He will look to all-district selections such as Gavin Brewer, Cooper Markle (Nebraska), and Hudson Melaerts to anchor a rejuvenated Tompkins team that’s aiming to retain the district crown. Braden Foor will also chip in at shortstop.
