UIL State Semifinals: DFW Girls 6A Soccer
As the UIL State Tournament kicks off, plenty of teams are fighting for their chance to hoist the championship trophy at the end of the weekend. As the UIL Class 6A girls gear up to play their respective state semifinal matchups, VYPE DFW takes a look at the two DFW-area teams that have made a name for themselves this season and are still in the running toward the championship!

The Wylie East Raiders have continued to fight all season against their opponents as they work their way to the finish line.
The Raiders have posted a couple of big wins this season against opponents like Mesquite Horn, Frisco Centennial, Princeton, McKinney North, and more.
Catch Wylie East next week as they take on Sherman in their final district game of the season Tuesday, April 27. First pitch is set for 7:30 pm.
