Predicting Notable Week 7 DFW Matchups

It was another 17-7 week - the second time in three weeks - with the overall record at 99-41 (.707). To get to the 75 percent prediction record, I have to go 95-23, which is a 80.5 percent clip over the last 118 games to pick.
Below are the 23 other games of note that I'll try my best at predicting a winner for in addition to the deeper-dive game: Birdville with an easy win over Carrollton Creekview.

#9 Frisco Independence (5-0, 2-0) vs. #1 Frisco Lone Star (5-0, 2-0)
<p>Offense. Offense. Offense. Both teams average more than 54 points a game, hold teams to a combine 20 points a game and have each outscored opponents by more than 220 points. I feel sorry for the scoreboard operator at the Ford Center for this one. Lone Star's battled Highland Park this year and won - on the road. Independence's toughest opponent has been Frisco Memorial. Give me Lone Star. </p>
