VYPE Preseason Girl's Basketball: No. 12 George Ranch
First-team, all-district picks Savannah Velazquez and Amillion Fowler are back in the mix. Velazquez led the team averaging 14 points, four rebounds and three assists per game; while Fowler averaged 7.4 points, six rebounds and three assists per game.
Also returning is second-team, all-district pick Gabby Owens, who averaged 8.2 points and 5.3 rebounds per game. Other players to watch include Jada Howard and Rachel Okoye. Keys to success for Shalesha Pierce's crew this year will include communication, staying healthy and rebounding.
