VYPE Coaches Corner: Seven Lakes Soccer Coach James Krueger; Playoff Preview

The Seven Lakes Spartans (18-1-2) return to the postseason pitch, fresh off of claiming their fifth-consecutive district title within the stacked District 19-6A.

Under the direction of 17th-year head coach James Krueger, SLHS is looking every bit as dominant as they were a year ago, when they claimed the program's first-ever state championship.

With the exemplary performance by key figures such as Aidan Morrison, Kortay Koc, Noa Stasic, and Ben Aviles Vera, the Spartans prepare for another deep playoff run, with the potential to make history once more.

VYPE's Matthew Ogle caught up with coach Krueger, ahead of Seven Lakes' matchup against Fort Bend Bush on Tuesday, in the opening round of the playoffs.
