In the Region II-6A Meet, the likes of Tanook Hines (Dekaney), Celeste Robinson (Cypress Ranch), Bridgeland's Benjamin Montgomery & Lillian Harden , Staucie Lees & Tyler Grant of Grand Oaks, Willis' Heath Grant, and the relay teams from The Woodlands and Klein Forest were just some of the entrants who claimed top finishes.
Region III-6A was dominated by Atascocita, Shadow Creek, and Tompkins, as each relay team contributed a significant amount of points.
Individually, Jelani Watkins (Atascocita), London Jackson-Bray (Katy), Jayden Keys (Tompkins), Mia Maxwell (Atascocita), Indya Dotson (Houston Memorial), Mason Dossett (Ridge Point), Mackenzie Collins (Shadow Creek), Jacob Marichalar (Deer Park), and Pearland's Madison Peters were among the contenders to end up on the winner's podium.
On the Class 5A scene, Fort Bend Marshall is in prime position to go back-to-back at State, with both the girls' and boys' relay teams claiming gold, with William Mitchell, Jordan Riggs, and Ciara Douglas also medaling in their individual events.
Other remarkable performers include the Randle Lions, Laila Payne (Carnegie Vanguard), Alyssa Jones (Fulshear), Courtney Daniel (Kingwood Park), Brandon Schirck (Friendswood), Hailey Johnson (Lake Creek), and Jayden Thrower of Barbers Hill.
