On the first segment, VYPE Austin/San Antonio/Hill Country editor/reporter Thomas Bingham and Cedar Park VYPE Live broadcaster Brad Cone recapped the second week of UIL 5A and 6A football and the sixth week of small school action and previewed the huge Week 3 UIL 5A matchup between Cedar Park and Georgetown.
In segment two, Thomas and Brad interviewed Wimberley multi-sport athlete Matthew Tippie. He discussed his Burnet to Wimberley offseason move, his fast start to the 2020 Texas high school football season, community support since he arrived, playing football and baseball, and more.
In the second half of the show, the hosts breakdown the area's football district standings, release the updated VYPE Austin UIL 4A, 5A Division II, 5A Division I and 6A Football Rankings, and honor the show's player of the week (Round Rock's Ty Dillon) and team of the week (Austin Achieve football).
