Athlete of the Week: Simone Ballard of Mayde Creek Track & Field
Welcome to another week of H-Town High School Sports with Todd Freed!
Mayde Creek's Simone Ballard is on the fast track to a record shattering season. Ballard ran the fastest 300 Meter Hurdles at the Texas Relays in the 93 year history of the meet. Ballard's winning time of 40.68 seconds is the fastest 300 Meter Hurdle ever in Texas high school Track & Field. Congrats to Simone Ballard on the athlete of the week!
