ON SET: Permian's legendary program continues to go Hollywood
VYPE Media's "On My Whistle" national podcast on Samsung TV went Hollywood last week.
Chief Content Officer Matt Malatesta talked with Permian High School coach Jeff Ellison. The famous MOJO was the school featured in the award-winning book, movie and television show Friday Night Lights.
Now, the town and West Texas High School has been featured in the hit show Landman on Paramount.
We caught up with Ellison to talk about all of the fan fair and meeting Billy Bob Thornton. His spring game was filled with thousands on TV production members, 18-wheelers and car-sized drones. Just another day at Permain.
North Shore's Willie Gaston had a banner recruiting in 2024 with athletes going to college programs all across the country. Signing Day has become a business decision with NIL and the portal on the forefront.
The team also breaks down who won Signing Day as college programs reloaded their locker rooms.
Check of the Show.
