VYPE Coaches Corner: Walnut Grove Soccer Coach Trent Kutch (5A-D1 State Preview)
Despite the fact that this is just their second year as a varsity program, Walnut Grove Soccer has advanced all the way to the UIL 5A-Division I State Final, where they'll soon clash with SA Southwest on Friday (6:30 PM) at Birkelbach Field.
They reach this point on the heels of trouncing Americas (5-1) last Friday, which also improved the Wildcats' undefeated record to 24-0-2.
We caught up with Walnut Grove HC Trent Kutch, discussing the team's sudden rise to State, the game-plan for Southwest, their stars, and more.
