Flower Mound then fell to Marcus in another five-set battle, adding another twist ahead of next week’s decisive rematch on Hebron’s home court.
Argyle has taken control of District 5-5A after earning two pivotal wins over Eagle Mountain, putting the Eagles firmly in the driver’s seat. Meanwhile, District 7-6A remains a three-team race, with Plano East, Plano and Plano West all fighting to establish separation.
Southlake Carroll has also made its move, surging into the Top 10 behind a 9-1 district mark. The Lady Dragons have built early breathing room in 4-6A, though Keller, Byron Nelson and Eaton remain part of a competitive field as the race continues to unfold.
