Laila Owens is the 2018-2019 200-meter Dash State Champion as well as a member of the 4x200-meter relay that placed 3rd in state!
Due to cancellation of UIL State Track meet Laila was not able to come back to defend her title. She will continue her legacy at Texas A&M University. Check her and our interview out down below!
