Houston Memorial tennis has reached dynasty level.

With the win, Memorial clinched its 11th- straight trip to the UIL Team Tennis State Tournament.
"I think it is a dynasty," Memorial coach Budd Booth said. "I just think the kids have experience from the past and they are up
for it. For these big matches, they really play well. They work hard all year and they prepare for this. I'm proud of them, the entire team."
At state, Memorial went on to beat Southlake Carroll (10-7) in the semis and Plano West (10-7) in the finals to capture the program's second Class 6A State Championship in the past three seasons.
The last time Memorial won a state title before this year was 2017.
Some of the team's headliners included Aleksandra Dimitrijevic, Sofia Mazzucato, Rashmi Singal, Drew Morris, Graydon Buckingham, Natalijia Dimitrijevic and Eric Kuo.
With the pair of wins at state that completed the 'Stangs perfect season, going 19-0.
The Mustangs will now turn their attention to spring tennis where the program could bring home even more hardware on the individual level.
