The Touchdown Club of Houston is pleased to announce its 2026 Public School High School Preseason Team for the 2026 season.

The squad will be honored at the Touchdown Club’s annual Touchdowner of the Year Dinner, scheduled for Wednesday, August 19th at 7 p.m. in the Main Ballroom of the Bayou City Event Center, 9401 Knight Road.
This year’s Touchdowner Award will be presented to Dave Elmendorf, former Westbury, Texas A&M and LA Ram standout defensive back. He will be joined at the banquet by a number of College and Professional Football Hall of Fame members as well as a number of former teammates.
