Elsewhere, Timberview edged Ryan, 35-30, setting up another notable clash as the Raiders now prepare to face Lewisville.
With several ranked teams set to collide in Week 3 — including Allen and Southlake Carroll, North Crowley and Summer Creek, and Waxahachie and Guyer — the latest slate should bring plenty of movement to an already crowded picture.
