On the first segment, VYPE Austin/San Antonio/Hill Country editor/reporter Thomas Bingham and Cedar Park VYPE Live broadcaster Brad Cone recapped the latest week of UIL football.
Then, Thomas and Brad interview Cedar Park athletic coordinator and head football coach Carl Abseck in segment two and Austin Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders volleyball player Tiffiney Booe in segment three.
In the second half of the show, the hosts release the updated VYPE Austin UIL 4A, UIL 5A Division II, UIL 5A Division I and UIL 6A Football Rankings, honor the show's team of the week (Pflugerville Weiss football) and mention games to watch for the week to come.
