With a 78-43 victory over Denton Braswell on January 4th, the McKinney Lions improved their overall record to 21-2 on the season. The team has been fighting all season to show that they belong at the top of the Texas High School basketball rankings and with a big defeat over Denton Braswell, the Lions continue to make a name for themselves. In the district matchup, the ability to route Braswell allowed McKinney High an opportunity to hold the second-place spot in their districts' rankings. The team continues to show their offense's fast-paced mentality to scoring early and often. Watch the video below!
