2026 Randle (Texas) three-star linebacker Noriel ‘Pacman’ Dominguez announces his commitment to TCU.
The three-star linebacker commits to the Horned Frogs over the local Houston Cougars among others.
“It’s just a real family oriented team over there,” Dominguez said. “Putting football and the NIL stuff to the side, when I got to talk with the coaches and the team it was like we were already family. I watched how they interacted with my family and made them feel included so why not TCU!”
Dominguez and the TCU have had a strong connection since he attended a junior day with the Horned Frogs and that relationship was a big factor in his decision.
“Coach Wilson and Coach Avalos gave me a scholarship whenever I went up there for a junior day a few years ago. Since then they’ve built a strong connection with me and want to develop me to my ultimate goal of making it to the league while also preparing me for life after football and prepare me to be a good man which is something I was looking for.”
The Randle star is now the 19th commit in TCU’s 2026 class and the 6th commit from the Greater Houston-Area and Dominguez believes this class can help get the Horned Frogs back in the Championship Contenders conversation.
“I mean shoot a few years ago they were in the Natty and I think we have a great group of guys in my class that can get TCU back there.”
With his commitment out of the way, Dominguez is ready to focus in on his senior year and help lead Randle to be back to back State Champions but had one quick message to TCU fans after his commitment.
“TCU I’m HOMEEEEE!! Let’s turn the city up!

The Heavenbound Christian League (HCL) kicks off its Silver Legacy Week on Friday with a high-profile Exposure Camp, headlined by Super Bowl champion Ainias Smith.
A product of Dulles High School and Texas A&M, Smith recently wrapped up his rookie season with the Philadelphia Eagles. But before the NFL spotlight, he was deeply rooted in a mission that hits closer to home—HCL, the faith-based organization founded by his parents.
The Heavenbound Christian League serves the Greater Houston area, empowering student-athletes and their families through mentorship, character development, and athletic training—all grounded in faith.
Smith, joined by fellow HCL alumni Ross Blacklock and Leon O’Neal, sat down with VYPE’s Matt Malatesta to reflect on their football journeys—and the impact that HCL has had on their lives, both on and off the field.
From little league dreams to NFL realities, the trio credits HCL not just for athletic guidance, but for shaping their values and vision for the future.
For information on the camp, fund-raiser and dinner, please go to Heavenbound Christian League.
