Marcus Shavers knows winning.
The McKinney campus coordinator and head football coach won at Allen High School and Arkansas as a player, and he's now changing the Lions' culture into one of winning.
McKinney went 7-5 last season and won their first-round playoff game.
Shavers was a US Army All-American and played a big role in the success of the Razorbacks under the direction of coach Houston Nutt.
VYPE's Matt Malatesta caught up with Shavers last week to talk about the state of his program.
