Marquise Collins from College Station High School is one of the top running backs in the state for the Class of 2023 and has attracted many D1 programs to try and earn his commitment.
Today Collins cut down his list of school's to 8: Arizona, Baylor, Duke, TCU, Utah, Boston College, Vanderbilt and Houston.

When talking with Collins about what made him choose these 8 schools over the other offers he had, he mentioned that the coaching staffs for the school's listed in his top 8 talked great football and he saw "great potential in opportunity with the schools listed".
In regards to visits Collins mentioned he is still finalizing his official visits and will announce them in the next few months.
As of right now there is no commitment date set for Collins but he said he does plan on making a decision before the start of his Senior season.
Marquise Collins is due for a big Senior season with goals of getting back to the state Championship game and bringing the trophy home next fall. Whatever School gets this dynamic back will be getting a good one!
