VYPE Recruit Spotlight presented by CertaPro Painters: Morgan Nix, Cypress Falls

Morgan Nix is a 2020 Defensive Specialist/Libero at Cypress Falls High School.
At the end of the season, Nix earned All-VYPE 2 nd Team honors as a Libero. According to the team's MaxPreps page, Nix finished her senior year with 927 digs, 63 assists and 61 aces in 129 sets played.
Her season-high in digs came against Cy-Fair on October 11 in a five-set match. Nix finished with 46 digs (9.2 digs/set) in that match. She also recorded 44 digs in a 3-1 victory over Cypress Ridge on September 27. Nix recorded 30 or more digs in seven matches this season.
Nix has recently committed to further her academic and volleyball career at LeTourneau University.
