Senior Kayla Wilson (2.7 kills per set) and 6-foot-1 sophomore outside hitter Dominique Phills (2.7 kills per set) are back to lead the attack.
Senior outside hitter Aria Rideaux (2.3 kills per set) and senior middle Deja Benjamin (2.2 kills per set) add depth and playmaking around Wilson and Phills. Rideaux (2.1 digs per set) and senior defensive specialist Ella Hestand (3.2 digs per set) will dictate the defense.
The Sharks will have to find someone to step in at setter. The versatile Hestand is a possibility.

Sophomore Tya Lynch will be asked to play a more substantial role offensively to take pressure off Muoneke. The 6-foot middle could be in store for a huge season and has the game to affect matters offensively and defensively.
Senior hitter Kailee Gims led the team in digs last season with 6.5 per set. Senior Ariana Lopez is likely to take over at setter after the graduation of Kailey Friedrich.
You could also see Kirby Kliafas and Taryn Gilreath get some time at setter this season.

Klein Cain Volleyball
Kharys Grice is a pretty good candidate after a year in which she was the District Newcomer of the Year. She can play all the way around, hitting, blocking and digging with some of the best in the district.
Coach Lemoine also returns first teamer Paris Dixon, another lethal hitter.
Defensively, the Hurricanes are led by Paige Strole (second-team). Kayden Creager, Courtney Carter and Rory Sadosky are ready to leave their legacy on the program.
"Our strength is going to be experience and leadership in our senior class," Lemoine said.
Cain will make the postseason, but they want a district title which goes through Klein.
