This week, the Clarion Ledger Game of the Week will feature a matchup of the top two teams in the Super 10 as Madison Central hosts Pearl. Here's a rundown of that game and some of the other top games across the state.
Anthony's prediction record: 10-2
Lafayette vs. Oxford
The annual Crosstown Classic went down the wire when these two teams met last year as Oxford outscored Lafayette 11-7 in the final quarter to eke out a 29-27 win. Fans should expect it to be close again this year. Lafayette (3-0) has been solid defensively and through three games has yet to allow an opponent to score more than 16 points.
