BACS won state in 2021
Bay Area Christian School is a bit of a sleeper.
The Broncos won a TAPPS Division III state baseball title a few months back -- it's first in school history. The girls teams also have a few state title trophies in the trophy case.

The St. Pius X Panthers are playoff-bound. Their challenge? One of the toughest draws in the state — a showdown with Liberty Christian, one of the top TAPPS programs and among the most talented private school teams in the nation.
Coach Shaun Stephens has his squad ready to go, leading a determined group that’s eager to shock the state and extend their season. VYPE’s Matt Malatesta caught up with Coach Stephens and a pair of his defensive tone-setters — linebackers Peter Green and Sam Erwin — to talk playoff prep, leadership, and what it will take to pull off the upset.
