The state of Washington — with major support from the Seattle Seahawks — has officially sanctioned girls 7-on-7 football as a varsity sport.

Few teams were as staggering — or as balanced — as Parish Episcopal this fall. The Panthers’ 12–1 campaign crescendoed in the postseason, culminating in a 14–7 win over Prestonwood Christian that restored their place atop TAPPS-DI.

The victory not only secured another championship, but marked the program’s sixth title in the last seven years — a feat that underscores the dynasty Parish has quietly, yet emphatically, built.
