Each week we take a look at a team from across the Austin/San Antonio area/surrounding areas that impressed us for one reason or another.
This week's team of the week is heading into the THSLL playoffs on a high after Victories over Westlake and Anderson this past weekend to claim the district crown.
District Champs!
Westwood Warriors over @trojanslacrosse 17-6
Anderson Trojans fought hard to the end. Props to a team with heart and grit.

They first took care of Westlake 14-7, before taking on Anderson Sunday. Anderson came into the contest with only 1 loss on the season. That loss? To Westwood 11-7 10 days prior. And as you can see above Westwood was able to continue their momentum against Anderson winning this one convincingly 17-6. The win locks Westwood into the 3 seed in the THSLL bracket where they will take on Prosper over in the McKinney region this weekend at 2PM. A win will put them in the quaterfinals Sunday against Cy Woods or Flower Mound at 1PM
