Mike Capshaw was born and raised in Fayetteville and graduated from Farmington High in 1995. He went on to pitch in junior college before beginning his career at the Miami News-Record in Miami, Okla. He has covered sports in Arkansas for almost a decade, with the longest stay at The Morning News of NWA, where he covered the Arkansas Razorbacks. Mike and his wife, Renee, have a son, Carter, and another on the way in July.
Mike Fohner

Mike Fohner joined VYPE in May of 2007. Prior to his arrival,
Mike was on staff with Young Life for 21 years and most recently was the
Area Director of Young Life in Northwest Arkansas. Mike and his wife,
Kelly, have three children. John Michael is a junior at the U of A. Josh gradutes from Springdale Har-Ber this spring and Maggie will be a junior at Har-Ber next fall. Mike continues to volunteer with Young Life and has started a new non-profit called Youth Strategies, which is committed to the potential in every young person.
