Who is hotter on the in-state recruting circuit than Springdale High quarterback Ashton Glaser?
Nobody.
The 6-foot-2, 205-pound Missouri pledge comes in at No. 6 in this month's Top 30 Arkansans, which ranks the top college prospects, not high school players, regardless of position. He won the Top Gun QB Challenge in Springdale and led his team to an impressive showing at the VYPE Select 7-on-7 Tournament in Fayetteville to leap Phillip Butterfield and others as the top quarterback prospect in the state's Class of 2009.
The list will be released on VYPE.com only throughout the year on the 15th of each month. It's compliled by talking with several experts in the field such as recruiting services, recruiting reporters and the recruiters themselves about the overall stock of the prospect.
