Pulaski Academy Claims VYPE Title

Pulaski Academy wrapped up a perfect showing at the first annual VYPE Select 7-on-7 tournament with a 41-14 win against Sherman, Texas, on Saturday.

The Bruins posted an 11-0 mark during the two-day event. They failed to score on only four possessions.

Bruins receiver Neal Barlow was named MVP while quarterback Spencer Keith won the Top Gun Award for the tournament's top passer. Sherman's Greg Jackson won the Sticky Hands Award for the top receiver while Hot Springs' Lakeside junior Andre Wesley was named the Lock-Down Corner, awarded to the top defensive back of the tourney.
