Champions will be decided Saturday in both classes of the State Girls Hockey Tournament as Blake and Warroad meet for the Class A title, with Stillwater and Hopkins squaring off for Class AA honors. Both the Bears and Warriors blew out their competition in the "A" semifinals with Blake rudely bringing Mahtomedi's miracle run to an end with 45 shots in a 7-0 victory a couple hours after Warroad's dominating 7-2 triumph over Red Wing. The Class AA semifinals were closer, but only slightly as Hopkins used a three-goal second period to down Edina, 4-1, before Stillwater went up 3-0 in the first period en route to a 5-2 victory over Elk River/Zimmerman. Blake and Warroad meet at the Xcel Energy Center at noon, with Stillwater and Hopkins taking to the ice at 7 p.m.
