Swords is Vype Athlete of the Week

Rosemount girls golfer Becca Swords is this week's "VYPE Athlete of the Week" after winning the Section 3AAA individual championship with an even-par 72 at Phalen Golf Course last week. Swords, the No. 1-ranked golfer in Class AAA heading into next week's Class AAA State Tournament with a 74.25 stroke average, won the 3AAA title by three strokes to pace the Irish to a second-place finish in the section meet.
