Saint Paul Como Park softballer Jackie Dooley is the new Vype Athlete of the Week after the Cougars' senior earned seven of her team's 11 wins through last weekend.
Dooley is 7-0 with an 0.89 earned run average with 61 strikeouts. The lead Cougar is also a terror at the plate, batting .750 with 28 runs batted in and 21 stolen bases.
Como Park led the Saint Paul City Conference with a 15-3 overall record through May 12 to go with its unblemished 11-0 circuit slate.
