The Blake School is home to the boys and girls state lacrosse champions after finishing only the second season of Minnesota State High School League sanctioned lacrosse in Minnesota.

It was happy days in School District 833 as the Woodbury girls and Park of Cottage Grove boys golf teams each claimed their first-ever state championships in the inaugural Class AAA tournaments, held June 3-4 at Bunker Hills Golf Course in Coon Rapids.
