Saint Mary's School Varsity Tennis Team Wins Florence Tourney

The Saint Mary's School varsity tennis team, defending TISAC conference champions, kicked off the 2008 season by sweeping all four of its matches at the 2008 Florence, SC, Girls High School Tournament to clinch the tournament championship. The Saints defeated South Aiken High School, Providence Country Day School, Charlotte Latin School and Forsyth Country Day on their way to the title. Among the 16 participating teams were Collegiate, Ashley Hall and numerous public 4-A schools from around South Carolina.
